With 11 studio albums and over a decade of global acclaim, DAN PATLANSKY is one of modern Blues’ most distinctive voices, known for his powerful storytelling and masterful guitar work. He’s earned numerous accolades, including being voted the #4 Best Guitarist in the world and becoming the only artist alongside Joe Bonamassa with multiple worldwide #1 and #2 Blues Rock Albums, as voted by Blues Rock Review USA. His latest release, MOVIN’ ON (2024), marked another milestone, earning the #3 spot on Blues Rock Review’s Album of the Year list, adding to a consistent streak of critically acclaimed records.

Patlansky’s rise to prominence includes opening for Bruce Springsteen in front of 64,000 fans in 2014, a rare honor personally approved by Springsteen. Albums like DEAR SILENCE THIEVES and INTROVERTIGO were internationally lauded, both hitting #1 on Blues Rock Review’s annual rankings. He has toured extensively across the UK, Europe, and South Africa, sharing stages with legends like Joe Satriani, King King, Walter Trout, and Joanne Shaw Taylor. His albums consistently blend raw emotional depth with sonic innovation, earning him rave reviews and international press recognition.

From the introspective SHELTER OF BONES (2022) to the unapologetic and authentic MOVIN’ ON, Patlansky continues to push creative boundaries. He co-wrote his latest album with Andy Maritz and Greg Van Kerkhof, aiming for a sound true to live performance with minimal production polish. In 2024 alone, he launched extensive tours across South Africa, the UK, Hungary, the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium, wrapping up with his tribute tour, The Influencers. With five consecutive albums ranked among the world’s best, Patlansky’s impact on modern Blues remains both profound and enduring.
